Leaf Sweep™ Warranty

As part of our commitment to reducing waste and ensuring durable products, we support the quality engineering and construction of Leaf Sweep™, providing customers with a limited lifetime warranty that covers defects for the product's functional lifespan or the duration of GOHA’s business operations, whichever is shorter.

What We Cover

• We will, at our discretion, repair or replace components deemed defective under normal use, such as those resulting from material or manufacturing defects.

What is Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorized modifications
• Cosmetic wear from routine use(e.g., surface scratches, consumable parts such as covers)
• Products without valid proof of purchase
• Issues caused by improper usage, installation, or poor maintenance

Customer Responsibility

• Contact us within 30 days of discovering a defect
• Provide proof of purchase or retail location
• Return all components of the product
  

Limitations

• This warranty is non-transferable
• GOHA Inc. is not liable for indirect/consequential damages (e.g., lost profits)
• Submit warranty return requests by contacting Customer Support.
